Held at Grand Juba Hotel from 24 November to 5 December 2025, the quiz served as a crucial tool to measure how much knowledge participants had gained since the training began.

On the first day, each participant completed an entry quiz to establish their baseline understanding of the PPDA Act 2018, PPDA Regulations 2024, and key procurement concepts. Now, ten days later, the silence in the room reflected the confidence and focus with which they approached the final assessment. The self-administered quiz required them to apply principles, procedures, and insights learned throughout presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.

As they submitted their responses, many participants noted how the questions reminded them of how far they had progressed since day one.
